Kenan Aktulun | Creative Director Kenan, the founder of Truth NYC, has 15+ years of online, interactive design, usability, and branding experience, in addition to years of offline, print design experience. He held positions as VP/Group Creative Director at iCrossing and Digitas where he led and managed online marketing projects and pitches. Prior to that he was SVP/Group Creative Director at DraftDigital where he established a first-class digital media team with an expertise in strategic design and interactive solutions for online projects. Brian Flint | Marketing Director Brian has over 20 years of experience as a brand, direct and digital marketing executive. He held positions running large marketing organizations at companies like American Express, Adobe, E*TRADE and Acxiom, as well as providing strategic counsel and account leadership at agencies like Digitas and Wunderman. Most recently, Brian undertook the repositioning and rebranding as VP, Corporate Marketing at Acxiom, a $1billion marketing services and technology company. Shula Malkin | Digital Strategy Shula is a specialist in interactive and digital marketing strategies for the corporate, small business and venture-backed industries. She spent 10 years as a Vice President & Marketing Director with Digitas, the leading digital marketing services agency, leading client relationships with American Express, Bausch & Lomb, and IBM. Her recent clients are positioning for dramatic business growth and need to optimize their interactive activities for sales, branding, customer service, product delivery, customer acquisition and retention. Michael Hopkins | Executive Producer Michael has recently written, produced and directed digital content for American Express, Buick, Dove, InStyle, Kraft, Pfizer, Samsung and Skype. Before he went online, Michael spent his time traveling the continent covering tornados, floods and polar bears for ABC, CBS and NBC News. He also produced feature stories for Access Hollywood, Extra and Entertainment Tonight and directed on air talent and for ET, The Insider, and InStyle. Some of his most interesting stories have been found on film sets and red carpets where his job could best be described as “celebrity translator.” Daniel Quintero | Senior Developer Danny graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Film/Art. He was part of the camera department on a number of films, music videos, and commercials in New York. Danny shifted his focus to digital work and worked as a designer and developer for advertising agencies such as Draft FCB and Publicis who were beginning to embrace the web channel to reach their audiences. Danny has been working on front-end development of websites and flash based applications with TruthNYC focusing on web applications, sites, and advertising. |
